Thank you for shopping with PLGD. As a growing independent clothing brand, we appreciate your patience and support. We are committed to providing quality products and reliable shipping services to our customers.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, product launches, restocks, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays whenever possible.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (where available)
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
PLGD is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to make corrections, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered processing.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, PLGD is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.
We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
PLGD is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
